Tentvibe Designs – Terms of Service

Thanks for checking out Tentvibe Designs. By using our site or buying our stuff, you're agreeing to these terms. Give them a read before you place an order.

1. The Basics

We run a print on demand shop using Printify to handle production and shipping. You need to be old enough to buy things online in your state, or have a parent's okay if you're not.

We can refuse service to anyone if we need to. It's rare, but it's there.

2. How Our Products Work

Everything's custom printed after you order it. We don't keep boxes of inventory sitting around. Your shirt gets made when you buy it.

We do our best to show accurate colors and designs online, but screens vary. What you see on your phone might look a bit different than what shows up at your door. Printing can have slight variations too.

3. Orders and Shipping

Printify handles all the printing and shipping through their U.S. facilities.

Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days. Shipping time depends on where you live. You'll get tracking info once it ships.

If something gets delayed or lost, email us at tentvibe@gmail.com and we'll sort it out with Printify.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars and can change without warning.

You pay through Shopify's secure checkout. When you complete your order, you're authorizing us to charge your card for the total, including taxes and shipping.

5. Returns and Refunds

Short version: since everything's made to order, we can't take returns or cancel once production starts. If it shows up damaged or wrong, we'll make it right.

6. Your Info Needs to Be Correct

Make sure your billing and shipping details are accurate. If your package gets returned because you put in the wrong address, you're paying to have it reshipped.

7. Our Designs Are Ours

All Tentvibe branding, logos, designs, and images belong to us. Don't copy them, resell them, or use them without asking first.

You can't buy our products and flip them for profit without permission.

8. We Work With Other Companies

We use Printify, Shopify, and shipping carriers to get your order to you. If they mess up, we'll help fix it, but we're not responsible for their errors or delays.

9. Liability Limits

If something goes wrong, we're not liable for any indirect damages or losses beyond what you paid for the product. That's the cap.

10. Where the Rules Apply

These terms follow U.S. consumer protection laws and Shopify's policies.

11. We Can Update These Terms

We might change these terms from time to time. When we do, the new version goes live right away on this page. Check back once in a while to stay in the loop.
