Tentvibe Designs – Shipping Policy

Everything we sell is printed to order. No warehouses, no sitting inventory. That means your shirt gets made after you buy it, and shipping times depend on where it's getting printed and where you live.

We work with Printify and their network of print facilities to get your order to you as fast as possible.

How Long It Takes to Make

Production takes 2 to 7 business days after you order.

During busy times like holidays or sales, it might take a bit longer. We'll keep you posted.

How Long Shipping Takes

Once it's made, shipping time depends on where you are:

  • United States: 5 to 10 business days
  • Canada: 7 to 14 business days
  • Everywhere else: 10 to 20 business days

These are estimates from Printify's shipping partners. Customs, postal delays, and local carrier issues can slow things down sometimes.

What Shipping Costs

Shipping gets calculated automatically at checkout based on where you live and how much your order weighs.

We run free or discounted shipping deals sometimes. If we've got one going, you'll see it on the site.

Tracking Your Package

You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Sometimes it takes 24 to 48 hours for the tracking to actually update.

If you haven't heard anything within 7 business days of ordering, email us at tentvibe@gmail.com.

Double Check Your Address

Make sure your shipping address is right before you hit submit. If you give us a bad address and the package gets returned, you're paying to have it reshipped.

If it gets lost because the address was wrong, we can't replace it or refund you.

Lost or Stuck Packages

If your package seems lost or hasn't moved in a while, let us know at tentvibe@gmail.com. We'll work with Printify to figure out what happened.

If tracking shows no movement for over 20 days in the U.S. or 30 days internationally, we'll approve a replacement or refund based on Printify's policy.

International Orders and Customs

We ship worldwide, but if you're outside the U.S., your country might charge import duties, customs fees, or taxes. Those aren't included in our prices and you're responsible for them.

Customs can also slow things down. That's out of our hands.

Split Shipments

Sometimes your order gets printed at different facilities to speed things up. If that happens, you'll get multiple packages with separate tracking numbers.

Undeliverable Packages

If your package comes back because the address was wrong, you refused it, or you didn't pick it up, you'll need to cover the cost to reship it. If you don't want it anymore, we can refund you minus the original shipping cost once it's back at the facility.
