Tentvibe Designs – Return & Refund Policy

Every shirt we sell is printed to order. No mass production, no sitting in warehouses. That means each one is made specifically for you, which also means our return policy works a little differently than big box stores.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?
We've got you covered. If your order shows up damaged, printed wrong, or just not what you ordered, let us know within 30 days of delivery. Email us at tentvibe@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- Quick description of what's wrong
We'll send a replacement or refund you in full. Our printer requires photo proof for all claims, so we need that to make things right.
What We Can't Take Back
Since everything's custom printed, we can't accept returns for:
- Changed your mind
- Ordered the wrong size, color, or design
- Normal wear and tear or damage from use
Double check your cart before you hit submit. Saves us both the headache.
Wrong Address on Your Order?
If your package gets returned because the address was wrong at checkout, you'll need to cover the cost to reship it. If it's lost because of a bad address, we can't replace it or refund it. Make sure your shipping info is right.
Canceling Your Order
You can cancel anytime before it goes into production. Once printing starts, it's locked in. No cancellations, no refunds at that point.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to whatever card or account you paid with. Takes about 5 to 10 business days once we confirm everything. You'll get an email when it's processed.
